Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
  • For hygiene reasons, intimates and fragrance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund total.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • To ensure faster processing, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
